Unearth Enterprises Ltd. was incorporated in 1997 and until 2003, operated primarily as a geological consulting company to the petroleum industry. Beginning in 2003, unearth became involved in real estate and land development. In 2005 the company completed a 28 lot subdivision in Peachland, BC In 2012, after 6 years of dealing with an unprecedented level of bureaucracy, unearth finally completed a 20 lot acreage subdivision (Kaleden Acres) just off highway 3, ~ 15 minutes southwest of Penticton. In addition to the Kaleden Acres project, the company is currently actively involved in both consulting and investing in the petroleum industry, primarily in southeast Saskatchewan and southwest Manitoba.
Mark R. Goulden:
Mark received his BSc. in geology in 1983 and MSc. in earth sciences in 1988, both from the University of Regina, Regina Saskatchewan, completed the Canadian Securities Course (honors) in 1990 and achieved Professional Geoscientist accreditation in 1999. In addition to 28 years experience as a geological consultant, Mark has owned a major independent book store in Kelowna, B.C. (Mosaic Books, from 1991-92) and for ~ 16 years, co-owned the Towne Centre Postal Outlet and Card Shoppe on Bernard Avenue in Kelowna, B.C.
In the beginning of 2013, Mark purchased all outstanding shares of unearth enterprises ltd and became the sole shareholder of the company.
