In addition to providing geological services to the petroleum industry (primarily in southwest Manitoba and southeast Saskatchewan) since 1997, unearth completed a 28 lot single family residential subdivision in Peachland, B.C.  in 2005 and after 6 years of effort, in 2012, finally completed a 21 lot acreage subdivision (Kaleden Acres).

Kaleden Acres is located approximately 15 minutes southwest of the hub of the south Okanagan valley (Penticton, B.C.) via highways 97 and 3A, nestled in a valley surrounded by majestic mountains in an area scattered with numerous fishing lakes in the heart of Okanagan wine country.  The site is along the cycling route for the Penticton Challenge triathlon and a favorite among cycling enthusiasts.

Both The Spot (Twin Lakes gas station and country general store) and the beautiful Twin Lakes Golf Course are a short walk from the subdivision site.  St. Andrew’s Golf Course is a 5 to 10 minute drive away.

Apex Ski Resort, a short 20 to 25 minute drive from the property, is a family oriented winter playground, recognized by Ski Canada Magazine as Best Small Destination Resort.  This multi award winning resort is famous for dry powder and World Cup level aerial and mogul facilities.

Skaha Lake , on the south end of Penticton, a summer playground for beach activities, sailing and all types of water sports, is 10 to 15 minutes away.

In an effort to create a rural community set apart, certain restrictions will be imposed to keep standards of building and surrounding land at a high level and consequently maintain and increase property value.
